Before the day me and my cousins celebrate hari raya we have a fasting for last day before 1 syawal. Every year my family and I always shopping to buy some clothes and same color for our theme when hari Raya.

After that, my mother and I make kuih raya for Hari Raya many types of kuih raya that we baked together. This is just a few of kuih raya that all muslim's baked for, a week before raya half of muslim's love baked the kuih raya with their own. Examples of kuih raya that we baked together is semperit, tart nanas, almond london & others. We enjoyed baked the kuih raya together because we have a spirit to celebrated our Syawal together with our beloved family. Every year, my mother and I also give the kuih raya that we baked together to neighbour , friends & to our relatives. We can also taste the new or others kuih raya to make improve or as a new recipes for the next raya. I also learn a new recipes for this raya. Enjoy the taste! :)

We so excited to celebrated our Syawal with "kaboww". During night, there are celebrations with firecrackers by playing certain firecrackers as enforced by the authorities. Hari Raya is meaningless without any firecrackers but make sure not dangerous such as bamboo cannon. We played firecracker and sparkles with our relatives at hometown. We enjoyed our firecracker together. While we enjoyed the firecracker, the housewife busy prepared the some dishes for tomorrow. My dad would also put up long wooden sticks around our house to hang oil lamp. Oil lamp looked pretty at night. The light shines in all areas. The light also illuminates our hearts to celebrated Aidilfitri. It look very beautiful.

Hari Raya Aidilfitri is interesting event because all of the mistake and hatred are been forgives and forget. Each of my family members would apologize to each other either older or younger includes my family. One thing that i like the most is my grandmother, my parents and relative would give me the Hari Raya money. Duit Raya was given to all kids. Duit raya is 'Sedekah' to children. Among Malays, duit raya is considered a must, particularly for children , and sometimes even for unmarried adults as gifts during the Hari Raya celebration. Duit raya came in packets which are in various colour and designs. Duit raya packets can readily be obtained for free from banks, business, hypermarkets, and other locations. The packets can also be bought at stationery shops. SELAMAT HARI RAYA AIDILFITRI MAAF ZAHIR AND BATIN FROM US :).
~THANK YOU~
